This Privacy Policy explains how our studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play our mobile game (the "Game"). Our Game is designed and intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

You do not need to create an account or provide personal data (like your name or email address) to play the Game. However, to help us keep the game stable and improve the gameplay experience, we automatically collect limited, non-identifiable technical data using our analytics partner, GameAnalytics. This includes:

While the core Game loop does not require data identification, you may optionally interact with the following features:

  • Mailing List: You may choose to subscribe to our email newsletter directly through the Game interface. If you choose to sign up, we collect your email address strictly to send you game updates and announcements. You can opt out at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.

  • Social Channels: The Game includes links to our official social media channels (e.g., Discord, X, YouTube). Interacting with these external links is entirely voluntary and subject to the privacy policies of those specific platforms.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease your data. We share technical data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the game:

  • Analytics & Diagnostics: GameAnalytics handles our performance and progression metrics.

  • Advertisements: Our Game does not serve advertisements, and we will not host ads in the future.

4. Your Rights & How to Opt-Out

We believe you should have control over your data. You can exercise your rights at any time:

  • In-Game Opt-Out: You can completely disable analytics tracking at any time by toggling the "Data Collection" switch in the Game's settings menu.

  • Device Restrictions: You can further limit tracking by adjusting your mobile device's system privacy settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

5. Future Features: Cloud Saving & Accounts

Currently, the Game saves your progress locally on your device and does not store personal player accounts on an external server. We plan to introduce an optional account system in a future update to support cloud saves and cross-device progression. When this feature launches, this Privacy Policy will be updated to detail how that account data is handled and secured.
